Liam started working in property the day after he finished his leaving cert. Joining his big brother, Liam did his apprenticeship and he certainly learned his craft, doing loads of work for Letterkenny Property Maintenance. He learned his tiling, plumbing and electrical techniques at the feet of local ‘masters’. When he was not on site he was studying for his City & Guilds and then his Master Craftsman qualification.

Roll on 20 years later and Liam is now one of the local masters and people train or serve their time with him doing Letterkenny Property Maintenance services.
